We offer a competitive hourly pay rate that is determined on your ability, productivity and experience level. After 30 days of employment a review will determine your continued pay rate. Everyone is hired on a trial basis; those who make the grade will thrive. Medical benefits may be available after trial period.

Service writing (complete and proper service tags)
Full Tune-Ups/ Overhauls (on all types of bicycles, including multi-speeds, classic bicycles..etc)
All forms of accessory installations
Store inventory management
MUST Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Answering service emails
Ringing out customers
Other duties as assigned
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
3-5 year bicycle shop experience
2-3 year management experience
Ability to lead and set an example
Organized (VERY IMPORTANT)
Ability to repair/ assemble all types of bicycles (from inexpensive commuter bikes to high end road and mountain bikes)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
Can maintain a clean workspace
POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS IMPORTANT
